About Me
I'm a Registered Midwife and Registered Nurse, Certificated Lactation Consultant and an Institute of Sensitive Sleep accredited sleep consultant.

I have been supporting mothers and babies learn to feed and sleep for many years as a registered midwife and nurse and Lactation Consultant in a hospital environment and have now moved to helping out families in their home environment through lactation and sleep consultation services.

My aim is to help empower parents through evidence-based education to establish a happy, healthy feeding and sleeping pattern.

I come to you so that you can practice the methods I teach you in your own home, using systems that work with your home set-up. Practising these processes under supervision means that you can successfully repeat them when you are alone with your baby.

I believe in using well researched and expert medical opinions to support my advice to parents; and conduct my visits with a focus on teaching parents how to achieve success in feeding and sleeping patterns themselves.
Through comprehensive assessments, providing one-on-one education, supported by resources so parents can refresh themselves on their newly learned skills, I like to follow-up to confirm learning, and to provide peace of mind that you are doing the best for your baby in a way that suits your family and parenting style.
